It’s extremely easy to find yourself stressed during lockdown, confined to your own space and unable to see loved ones, followed by the recent restrictions on enjoying the usual things in life. We are all feeling it.

I know this is a hard time for everybody. So, I’ve produced my top tips for staying relaxed and healthy during lockdown.

  1. Complete daily exercises – Exercising releases endorphins in the brain, giving you an instant feel-good mood, regardless of whether it’s walking, running or yoga you’re into!

  1. Read a book – What better way to forget about the outside world than getting lost in the pages of a book, one of my recommendations is ‘The Book Thief’.

  1. Try something new – Let your creativity flow, why not try out something you’ve been putting off for a while? Explore that business idea or even try your hand at crafts!

  1. Drink plenty of water and stick to a good diet – It goes without saying that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

  1. Stay positive! – Lockdown won’t last forever, but your resilience will. Speak to me about how to improve your resilience now and into the future.
